Some kids grow up playing with toy trucks. Eric and his brother grew up on them. Their dad started Norton Construction Services back in 1981, and the boys like to joke they were swinging hammers before they could spell their own names. You could say construction is in the family DNA. Or you could just say they didn't really have a choice.

Decades later, Eric has taken the reins, carrying on more than forty years of building, fixing, and figuring things out across the Gillette area. The tools have gotten better. The trucks have gotten nicer. But the way we do business hasn't changed much since '81. Show up on time, do the work right, stand behind it, and treat every customer like a neighbor, because in Wyoming, they usually are.
